The AI marketing agent for wedding venues · photographers & videographers · wedding planners

Right now, a couple is asking ChatGPT who to hire.
Is your name in the answer?

Kavi is your whole marketing department as one relentless AI agent: content grown from your real weddings, shipped across 16 channels, engineered to make AI and Google recommend you. And Dwaar, its voice powered CRM, catches every enquiry it creates. In minutes. At midnight.

Built by Panigrahana, a wedding house. Kavi's first client was itself.

01The problem

You've tried marketing. You got "marketing".

Reels that go nowhere. An agency deck full of impressions. A freelancer who vanished mid season. Meanwhile couples stopped Googling and started asking, and whoever owns those answers is quietly booking your dates. Campaigns don't win weddings. Being present at the exact moment of the question does.

02Signal one · Content marketing & distribution
Kavi · the poet

One real wedding in.
Thirty pieces out.
Sixteen channels. Every week.

No stock libraries. No generic AI mush. Kavi grows content from your actual events and the knowledge only you have, then ships it everywhere a couple looks, written for how each surface gets read, indexed and cited by AI.

The distribution map. Every spoke runs weekly, without you.

03Signal two · The voice powered CRM
Dwaar · the door

The lead you lost last month didn't ghost you.
You replied four hours late.

Couples enquire at five vendors in one evening and book whoever answers first. Dwaar is the one door every enquiry walks through: caught in seconds, answered in minutes, chased until it's booked or lost. And you run it with your voice.

🎙"Move the Sharma wedding to site visit, follow up Thursday."
Infographic: a voice note is transcribed by Dwaar into a CRM command, approved with one tap, and the pipeline updates: the Sharma lead moves from qualified to site visit

It answers while you sleep.

Midnight enquiry answered in minutes: qualified by date, city and budget, site visit booked into your calendar. You wake up to a meeting, not a missed chat.

Nothing leaks. Ever.

Every lead has a source, a stage and a next follow-up before it can go quiet. Dwaar nudges you before a lead goes cold. The pipeline polices itself.

You stay in command.

Client-facing messages wait for your one-tap approval. Speak, approve, done. No screens, no typing, no lead rotting in a spreadsheet.

04What you see · The reports

Likes are for agencies to show you.
This is what Kavi shows you.

Because Kavi owns the whole chain, content to channel to enquiry to booking, its reports draw one unbroken line: this post, this enquiry, this blocked date. And its Watch probes ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI every day to track whose name the answers carry.

The Watch. Who AI recommends in your market, probed daily.

The monthly report. Growth you can audit, enquiry by enquiry.

05Why it compounds
Chart: an agency retainer stays flat across twelve months while Kavi's enquiries and bookings curve compounds upward, with month six beating month one

Month six beats month one.
By design.

Every night, Kavi studies what actually produced enquiries and bookings, not likes, and makes more of it. Every piece published adds a citation that stays. An agency's work stops when the retainer stops. Kavi's work stacks.

The Distribution

One story fans into ~20 derivatives, each written for how that channel gets read, indexed and cited.

07Who it's for

One agent. Five kinds of owner.
One of each, per area.

08The rule that creates the rush

In every city, one venue, one planner, one photographer, one decorator gets Kavi.
Everyone else competes against it.

Kavi can't honestly make two competitors the same AI answer, so it never tries. One client per category, per area. And every week an area stays unclaimed, the citations, reviews and rankings cement in someone's name. The machine doesn't care whose.

09Pricing

Less than the patchwork it replaces.
Far less than the empty dates.

The old way, an agency plus freelancers plus a directory plus someone answering enquiries, costs a small fortune every year and still drops leads at midnight. Kavi replaces the whole patchwork with one flat annual engagement.

10FAQ
What exactly is Kavi?

An AI marketing agent that works like a full marketing department: content, distribution, AI search visibility, online PR, CRM and a WhatsApp agent, run continuously for one business. It was built by Panigrahana, a luxury wedding house, which runs it today across 16 channels every week.

How much does Kavi cost?

Pricing is on request. Kavi runs in different markets and every market is priced for that market, as one flat annual engagement with everything included, no per post charges, no ad spend markup. Write to hello@panigrahana.com with your category and city and you'll get the number in one reply.

Do I approve what it publishes?

As much as you want. Every channel has an autonomy dial: draft only, approve each piece, auto publish after you've approved enough, or fully autonomous. High stakes items always stay human gated.

Does Kavi post under my name or yours?

Either. Under your name on your own site and handles, or under the Panigrahana banner. The machine underneath is the same.

What if I don't have a website or handles?

Kavi builds them. It researches available domains that fit your brand, offers you options, then builds and runs the site itself. Once Kavi is on board, Kavi does everything.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your CRM, your content, your accounts. Every client runs isolated, with their own keys. If you ever leave, your data goes with you.

Why one client per area?

Kavi cannot honestly make two competing businesses the answer to the same question. One venue, one planner, one photographer per area. That's a rule, not a sales line.

What is Dwaar?

Dwaar, Sanskrit for door, is the voice powered CRM inside Kavi. Every enquiry walks through one door and gets caught, answered in minutes and chased to a decision. You update your pipeline by voice note, with one approval. It ships with Kavi; the CRM is how Kavi proves what marketing produced.

Is this just AI generated content?

No. Kavi's content is grown from your real events and the knowledge only you have. Generic AI content is precisely the thing it exists to beat.

The empty date never comes back.
The name AI recommends gets it.

One client per category per area. If a competitor claims yours first, Kavi works for them, against you, for years. Tell us who you are and where you work.
