How to delete your data

Step 1 — Revoke access at the platform (instant)

This stops Kavi from reading or publishing anything immediately, before we process anything on our side. Kavi cannot restore its own access; only you can grant it again.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings, then Security and Login, then Business Integrations. Remove Kavi.
• Google, including YouTube and Google Business Profile: go to your Google Account, then Security, then Your connections to third-party apps and services. Remove Kavi.
• LinkedIn: Settings and Privacy, then Data Privacy, then Permitted Services. Remove Kavi.
• Pinterest: Settings, then Security, then Apps. Remove Kavi.

Step 2 — Ask us to delete what we hold

Email hello@panigrahana.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line Delete my data. Tell us your business name, and whether you want everything deleted or only the data obtained from a specific connected platform.

If you cannot email from the account address, say so and we will verify your identity another way before deleting anything, because deletion is irreversible.

What gets deleted

Access tokens and channel connections, immediately on request. Your business profile, onboarding answers and the knowledge you gave Kavi. Content Kavi drafted for you, and the record of what was published where. Your CRM records in Dwaar, including enquiries, stages, notes and follow-ups. Any profile or performance data we obtained from a connected platform.

What we may keep, and why

Posts already published to your own accounts stay on those accounts. They are yours, and only you can remove them from the platform itself. We may also retain invoices and transaction records where tax law requires it, and minimal records needed to defend a legal claim. Anything retained for those reasons is kept isolated and is not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We acknowledge your request within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. We email you when it is done. Backups holding residual copies are rotated out within 90 days, and nothing is restored from them into live systems after a deletion request.
